What’s included
Before the race
We go through the start, split and finish with you. We receive the start list and prepare the timing. We print the bibs if you want.
On race day
We set up the start and finish gates and time the race. Preliminary results show live. At least two of us are on site.
After the race
We check the results and correct any errors. You get the final results and files in Excel and CSV, ready for your website, social media and sponsors.

What you arrange
– Power (230 V) where we need it.
– Tables, chairs and a sheltered space at the secretariat, start and finish.
– A clear and safe path through the start and finish.
– The start list and proof approval on time.
– One contact person on site.
– Permits and road closures.
– One marshal at each split to keep an eye on the equipment.
Which races?
Today we offer one split per race. More splits go in a separate quote.
Organising several races, or a big one? Then we make you a separate quote.
Common questions
How many of you come?
At least two people, so there is always a backup. With a split we are three.
Do we pay for registered or starting runners?
It’s in the quote. Smaller and mid-sized races normally pay per registered runner. Larger events can pay per starting runner, based on the start log.
Can we have splits?
Yes, one split today. If you want more, we make a separate quote.
