Who is responsible

Seemetiming AB, reg. no. 559560-6400, Elljusvägen 2 B, 780 67 Sälen, Sweden, is the controller for personal data on this website. Contact: support@seemetiming.ai.

What we collect

– Book a call: what you need help with, race name, your name, email and phone (if you give it).

– Booking a call: name, email and your answers to the booking questions (number of runners, race date, current timing).

– Missing your time: race, bib number, name, email and your message.

– Where you came from (campaign code in the link), if any.

Why

– To reply to your enquiry and book the call (legitimate interest, and steps before a contract).

– To find your time when it’s missing (legitimate interest).

Who receives the data

Our suppliers: Tally (forms), cal.com (booking), Attio (customer records, stored in Dublin) and Google Workspace (email and calendar).

How long

Enquiries are deleted 24 months after they arrive, unless you became a customer.

Cookies and analytics

We measure visits with Framer Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects nothing about individual visitors. We use no cookies for analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it (data portability). Email support@seemetiming.ai. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.

Signing up for a race

When you sign up for a race, the organiser is the controller and we process the data on their behalf. See the privacy text at sign-up.
